Through our client work, we are often asked to implement change management strategies as a way to get new processes or technologies to stick. Based on our background, we use a number of creative thinking tools to draw out our client’s best ideas. That’s why this year Niche Solutions was excited to team up with the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP), an international professional organization to brings change and creative leadership together.

Through a half-day workshop, with exercises that started for participants the week prior to the conference, individuals engaged in a series of hands-on experiences and conversations. They also took an assessment to identify their creative leadership preferences and tap into their creative thinking skills. This workshop definitely had the curiosity of other workshop facilitators peaked, as we had music, pipe cleaners, legos, vision cards, flip-chart paper, and Post-it Notes as our foundation to learning and engaging.

This workshop is available for organizations and conferences as an introduction for building creative leadership mindsets and cultures.
